Though I do adequate research about the genuineness of such content, but external content will be still out-of-scope for this website's validation.

Promise any specific cadence of posting new content. The periodicity of newsletters in subscribers' inboxes will depend on publishing of important blogs/updates.

Even though Darkroom strictly abides by 'No spamming' policy, the Newsletter is generated by an automated tool in which I got limited control. I do not assume any responsibility if the automation trigger malfunctions and sends email even when you haven't subscribed for newsletter (highly unlikely) or sends multiple emails to a specific subscriber.

However, if you receive any newsletter when you haven't subscribed to Darkroom or receive no/multiple newsletters with the same content upon subscribing, please report to darkroom@photostory.online and I'll try to rectify the aberration at the earliest. 

Take your privacy lightly. Darkroom is committed to protect the privacy of users of this website and will not divulge any identifiable information to third-parties without your consent.

Use your personal information in the website without your consent. However, I reserve the right to use your encouraging comments (in the website and social platforms) as testimonials along with your name (mandatory) and photograph (with your consent, not a mandate).

If you log in to the blogs to comment on a specific post via any social site, your default photograph of the social site gets automatically displayed in the comment section of the website.

For example, if you log in with your Facebook account, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed this website with your Facebook credentials and assigns your visit with your Facebook account.

Use any means to collect visitor's data (apart from required information for newsletter subscription) for any commercial purpose. However, Darkroom uses Google Analytics to track website traffic while anomyzing information under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. Darkroom does not send any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) via Analytics to Google, hence protecting data confidentiality and security.
